Your seller responsibilities

  • Affordable fees. Setting up your shop is free with zero listing fees. We only charge a competitive £2.99 + 5% of the total order value when you make a sale.
  • Populate your storefront. It's your responsibility to set up your shop and add all of your products.
  • Pricing accuracy. Make sure all product pricing and delivery costs are completely accurate before listing items for sale.
  • Valid documents only. All council registrations and food hygiene permits must be fully valid. Upload clear copies — not original hard copies.
  • Active bank account. Keep your linked account active at all times to avoid delays with identity checks or payout processing.
  • Same-day dispatch. Sellers must dispatch all orders on the same working day.
  • 48-hour cancellation window. Orders not dispatched within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment fee liability. Sellers remain liable for all non-refundable Stripe and payment gateway fees upon cancellation.
  • Order notifications. Routinely check your inbox — including spam and junk folders — for automated order updates so you never miss a sale or dispatch deadline. If you have registered a valid WhatsApp number, you may also receive order notifications via WhatsApp.
  • Strict adherence. Follow all official UK rules on hygienic food handling and commercial preparation.
  • Allergen & ingredient transparency. Every listing must include full ingredient disclosures, clearly highlighting all allergens to protect customers.
  • Damage prevention. Pack items carefully with proper void-fill and sturdy boxes to avoid shipping damage.
  • Preserve freshness. Your packaging must keep food from spoiling or going bad in transit through the post.
